Service Description
You don’t need to arrive relaxed. Perhaps your body feels tense, your mind is busy, or you simply need a moment for yourself. This shorter session is an introduction to my gentle, intuitive full-body massage at Brunnenstraße 147 in Berlin-Mitte. Practising since 2013, I bring together classic Swedish massage, flowing Lomi Lomi-inspired movements, and gentle, grounding touch. I work with the body as a whole. Your back, shoulders, hips, and legs work together, and my approach reflects these connections. Each session follows a flowing rhythm rather than focusing only on one isolated area. What to expect We begin with a short conversation about how you feel, any relevant health considerations, and what would help you feel comfortable. You don’t need to know exactly what you need. My touch is gentle, grounded, attentive, and unhurried. This is not deep-tissue or sports massage. If you enjoy a softer approach that gives you time to settle and reconnect with your body, this may be a good fit. I adjust the pressure and rhythm to your comfort. Let me know if there’s an area you’d prefer me to avoid. Genital areas remain covered at all times and are not included in the massage. You can ask for a change, pause, or stop at any time. There is no need to talk unless you want to. Warm oil, gentle music, and a heated massage table help you settle into comfort. The table’s surface is lightly oiled, allowing long, flowing movements and gentle work beneath your back while you lie face up. Your own body weight provides the pressure as my hands move slowly underneath your back. Why choose 60 minutes? This session offers a first experience of my full-body approach, or time for a pause when your day allows less space. There is less time to linger on individual areas than in a longer session. If you know it takes you a while to switch off, or would like more time for the massage, consider 90 or 120 minutes. There is nothing you need to achieve. You are welcome to arrive just as you are. Price €95. Your 60-minute appointment includes our initial conversation and time at the end to ease back into your day. I look forward to welcoming you.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may change. However, to ensure fairness and respect for both our time and other clients, we have the following cancellation policy: 1. Advance Notice Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule by phone or Whatsapp. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. This allows us to partially recover the time reserved for your session. 3. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the session cost. Repeat no-shows may result in a requirement for full prepayment to book future sessions. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full session. If you arrive late, your massage may be shortened to respect the next appointment. The full session fee still applies. If you expect to be late, please let me know as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. 5. Exceptions I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. We may waive fees at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
